Default mouse wheel will not scroll in Outlook 2007

We just upgraded several computers to Office 2007. One computer will not
scroll down a list of several email in the inbox of Office 2007. It scrolls
down just fine in all other applications, including the other Office 2007
products. This issue is only in outlook. Any ideas or suggestions would be
much appreciated!

See the answer you got in outlook.general.

For future reference; next time crosspost instead of multipost. This means
that you'll be posting a single message to multiple newsgroups at once and
it will leave the discussions intact; replies in one newsgroup will also
show up in the other and vice versa.
