Default Transfer Office Home and Student to New laptop

I recently bought a copy of Office 2007 Home and Student at Staples and
installed it on 3 computers. I now have decomissioned my old laptop and
desktop and am moving all my stuff to a new laptop. The problem? There was a
glue spill on my original disk and it can no longer be read. Is it possible
for me to download a copy of Office 2007 Home and Student and use my
activation key to activate it? I have the original invoice and all
documentation. I understand from an earlier post that the OEM trial version
that is on my new laptop will have to come off along with the installation
wizard... (see post 'comical situation')
