Trim function limitations
I have imported text from another application and want to convert the
contents of cells into a continuous string - ie like trim but removing all spaces, including those between words. Eg I want a formula that will convert ABC 123 into ABC123. Can anyone suggest a solution? Thanks in advance ------------------------------------------------ ~~ Message posted from http://www.ExcelTip.com/ ~~ View and post usenet messages directly from http://www.ExcelForum.com/ |

You could try selecting your range, then CTRL+H (Replace).
Find What = " " (spacebar), leave "Replace With" blank. Click Replace All. Rgds, Andy |
