2007 Beta2 - IMAP - constant crashes
I'm experiencing outlook constantly crashing when attempting to open a new window for the second time. If I turn the "reading pane" off and double click on a message to read it, the first message I can read OK. The second will crash Outlook. By enabling the "reading pane" this problem no longer exists as no new window is opening. However, the problem still exists when responding to a message or starting a new message. The first message is fine. The second message, since Outlook was last started, will crash outlook. Is there a configuration setting I missed that will prevent the crashes? Environment: Windows XP Pro SP2 - fully patched 2.4GHz Pentium, 512MB RAM Office 2007 Beta 2 Secure IMAP (port 993)/ Secure SMTP (port 465) -Avram |

Did you apply the Beta 2 Technical Refresh yet?

Vince,
Thanks so much for your prompt response. I had not installed the Beta 2 Tech Refresh. After installing it the problem was gone. Thanks! -Avram "Vince Averello [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Did you apply the Beta 2 Technical Refresh yet? "Avram" wrote in message ...
