Default outlook 2003 sending e-mail on delay

I can't program a mail on delay because it goes to the outbox and no to the
setup server, so if my computer is off it doesn't send the mail at the time
programmed
How can I configure that mails on delay sit on the server and not on the
outbox

PD: I press send button

Unless you're using Exchange as your server, you can't. It is Outlook
determining when to complete the delivery. Your server doesn't even know
the message exists.

Yes, we are using Exchange 2000, any idea how to send mail on delay if the
PC where the mail is programmed is off at the time expected to be send?

If the Exchange mailbox is your delivery location, Exchange will send the
delayed message whether or not Outlook is running.
