Default Can't find "document imaging" in Office 2007 -where is it?

My Windows XP PC has an application called "document imaging" which is
invaluable for converting images to text without having to print-scan-run
through OCR. I can't find this option on my Windows Vista (Office 2007)
laptop. Does it even have it? Is it available under another name?

Document Imaging is not installed by default. Insert your Office disk, follow
the prompts to add features. Run all from my computer.
