YI561403.cab

This question has been asked before and on multiple forums but the MS
answer is not helpful. I received a trial edition of the
student/teacher office 2003. It came preinstalled. When I needed to
reformat and start over the Toshiba Recovery CD installed the trial
again. I followed all steps to buy the real one and activate it and was
given a Key. I tried to convert the trial using this key. It seems to
accept it and attemps to do the conversion. But it gets to a point
saying files are missing, beginning with YI561403.cab. I don't have an
Office CD, only the trial stuff that is some place on the Toshiba
Recovery CD, but I can't find individual CAB files on this CD. So I
have paid the money and now can't activate it. Telling me it is on the
CD is not helpful. It is not on the CD in any recognizable form. I live
overseas and don't have the CD that has supposedly been mailed to me
after purchase. Does this one contain the files I need? Is there
anything I can do since I can't get that new CD into my possession at
this time?
