Default Crosstab query with custom grouping

I would like to create a crosstab query to count by Id for specific
percentage grouping. The ranges a
95%
75 - 94%
50-74%
50%

I am not sure how to create the groupings.

Hard to say, but maybe use this expression as the column value

SWITCH([SomeField]=.95,'95+'
,[SomeField].74,'75-94'
,[SomeField]=.5,'50-74'
,[Somefield].5,'50'
,True,'No value')
