Default Label template error

When printing labels using the template for Avery 5160, it looks perfect on the screen, but prints about .5 centimeters too high. I've checked the dimensions, and they're perfect. Can anyone help me out? I hang on to Word Perfect only for this reason.

What happens if, instead of using the template, you use the Envelopes and
Labels wizard and pick that label in the options? Create a page of labels
and check it out.
