Font size keeps changing
My company upgraded to Visio 2007. Now whether I edit existing or creat new
org chart, the font keeps changing from 6 pt to 8 pt whenever I edit text. Frustrating as I have to then change everything back. Any thoughts why this might be occurring? Thank you.

Font size keeps changing
The Org Chart shapes have a lot of built in functionality that will overwrite
personal settings. But, in this case, go to menu bar Organization Chart Options. Select the Text tab and adjust to your desired settings. That should solve the problem.
