If the message is that the Beta software expired then that would be true if you have MS Office 2007 Beta 2, which expired on 01Feb2007. If you are using the MS Office 2007, 60 day trial edition from http://trymicrosoftoffice.com then that could be an issue with a corrupted activation file, opa11.dat.
