Default Spell check

I have Windows XP and have installed MS Works 4.5 which
has a spell check. However, when I attempt to use Spell
Check in OE, I get this message: "An error occured while
the spelling was being checked".

Try the last link first.

Spell Checking does not work in OE:

http://mvps.org/PracticallyNerded/OE...ll%20check.htm

Or:
http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/spellcheck.htm

And: An error occurred while the spelling was being checked or: Spell
Check was halted:
