Default Graphics Window with Tiny x's

Hi,
I am running OE 6 with the latest service pack updates.
Occasionally, I get messages that contain some graphics
while other graphics should be there, but are showing a
tiny box with a little red "x" in it. What is causing
this problem for the sender and how do you prevent it....

Thanks,
Larry H.

You can see if the image is actually present by doing a CTRL-F3 and =
looking at the bottom of the message. It will indicate if there is an =
image there or not. If the image is there and you aren't seeing it, =
then clear your Temporary Internet Files in IE and delete all offline =
content. If there is no image there, then the sender may not have Send =
Pictures with messages checked under Tools | Options | Send | Settings. =
Or the registry associations for the various image file types may be =
corrupt. See www.oehelp.com/noimg.aspx for that.
