Default Change double-sided 8x11 layout to 11x17 in Publisher

I e-mailed a newsletter and the printer uses InDesign. The fonts won't
transfer. I want (4) 8x11 sheets to be layed out on an 11x17, double-sided. I
don't have InDesign. The printer has asked me to change my layout to 11x17.
Page 1 and 6 of the newsletter would be on one side, pages 2 and 5 would be
on the other side of the 11x17.

Karen Veit Karen was very recently
heard to utter:

File Page Setup Printer and Paper

Change to a PDF driver (download PDF-XChange from
www.docu-track.com or
PrimoPDF (less recommended for commercial print) from www.primopdf.com if
you don't have a PDF driver) and change the paper size to 11x17.

Then go back to the Layout tab and change the page setup to Booklet.

Cut and paste the contents of the centre two pages into a new 8.5x11
publication. Delete the leftover blank pages.

Create two PDF files, one from the 11x17, one from the 8.5x11.

Use the highest quality settings available in the PDF driver.
