Default How to show mailing label outlines?

Could someone tell me how to show the outlines of mailing labels in the
"preview" view? Or other views?

not sure what you mean by "outlines". if you want to see the spacing on the
"sheet" in Print Preview, you can add a box to the label in report Design
view, size it to just inside the edges of the Detail section, and set the
BackStyle property to Transparent, so you can see the label data. before
printing "real" labels, just set the BorderStyle property to Transparent -
or delete the box entirely.

Thanks Tina, that would surely work. However, I am surprised that this would
be necessary. When making labels in Office 2003 through an Excel spreadsheet
and Word merge, the print preview shows the label boundaries so that if there
is a spacing problem, it can be easily seen and corrected.
