Default how do I capture form fields data in an excel list

I have a form built within a table; the fields are now filled and the forms
are being returned to me. How can I export the field data into a list.

Thanks Maria

Use the 'Save data only for forms' option. That creates a CSV file,
containing only the form data; which Excel can read.
