Default Meeting request

All,

Our CIO has 2 secretaries managing his calendar. When meeting requests are
accepted by secretary A, secretary B can see the meeting request is accepted.

When meeting requests are declined by Secretary A, secretary B does not
receive a message that the meeting request is declined.

Anyone?

Thanks in advance,

Olivier
