Default Error '2455' on Annual Calendar Report

Hello, I have been trying to modify this employee attendance database and
with help we have been successful to this point. I’m getting an error '2455'
You entered an expression that has an invalid reference to the property
Form/Report. and this error only happens if I have no attendance dates
entered for the employee I’m trying to review the calendar/report for. I have
a module "basCXStaticCalendar" that supplies the code for the
calendar/report. I have posted this same question in Access World Forums but
with no luck on a reply and was hopping for help here! Here is the link to my
post with a DB download to view. Thanks!
