Default Access currency field

Hi

I am having an issue with an Currency field in an Access2003 table when
using that table as a data source for mailmerging into Word 2003.

From Accesss the field reads, correctly, as £500.00, when merged into Word
it reads 500.

What needs to be done so that it reads as £500.00 in the Word document.

TIA

Tom

You need to add a formatting switch eg {Mergefield CurrencyFieldName \#
"£,0.00"}
