Supposedly, this can be done, however Outlook 07 cannot find the folder with
the .iaf files exported by outlook express.
Currently the files are in a folder on the win 7 desktop.
Following the instructions within Outlook 7 help eventually result in a
cannot find error message.
The Outlook 7 help is less than clear or complete in this particular area.
The .iaf files may not be compatable, or they need to be placed in a
specific directory/folder. (What directory/folder?)
If all else fails, I can reconstruct manually in Outlook 7, but due to a
multiple provider setup (split between cox.net & live.com),
(Due to cox blocking port 25 to any smtp server other than it's own), is a
pain to manually setup, and has not a few subtle options down in the tab
trees.

Oh well, had to do it the hard way.
(Trial & error, since some of the fill in boxes are not specific as to which
server they pertain to.)
It turns out that Cox users with SMTP/Pop3 service must use Cox's SMTP
server to send, since other send servers are blocked.
(Unless they use a non standard port, that is) Cox permits port 25 to a Cox
smtp server only.
