office 2003 installation

I reinstalled the Office Professional Edition 2003 in XP from a purchased
disc and when trying to open Outlook get the message, "MAPI was unable to
loal the information service msncon.dll. Be sure correctly installed and
configured." What does that mean and what should I do?
