office 2003, can't repair or uninstall

I hope someone can help

My MSOffice 2003 for students and home is installed on a laptop with Vista
basic sp2
During the last month the safety update for Microsoft Office Web Components
(KB947319) has come up with the
Errorcode 57A.
During the last 2-3 months I have not been able to use Word as an email
editor.

Now I have found that I can not make a repair install or uninstall of the
office program.
(I have activated the "Office source engine")
The installer stop with the message: Error 1402, can not open registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\classes\CLSID\{59191DA 1-EA47-11CE-A51f}\inprocServer32\11.0.00.
Chedk that you have admitance to the registrydatabase.

I am the sole owner and user of that laptop.

Thank you for the advice.
Sorry though, it did not help.
I installed the windows installer cleanup and run it.
Then I tried to reinstall office 2003, but I got the same error message as
before, error 1403.

Thank for your advice. Sorry though to tell, it did not work.
Then I tried to install office 2003 again, but got the same error message as
before, error 1402.
