I bought Office Ultimate suite in November 2008 and i have reformatted 3 of
my computers a few times already in the past year. But this time after
re-installing office on my notebook it says that i have reached the maximum
times of activation. How can i activate my product now?

You can legally install a retail version of Office 2007 Ultimate
Edition on only two computers. You've already exceeded the
number of legal installations. Therefore, you should purchase a
second copy of Office 2007 Ultimate Edition for your third and
fourth computers.

I had it on 3 computers before and if i remember correctly i can have it up
to 7 computers. I bought it through the ultimate steal program if that
information helps.

Never 7. You would need a volume license for that many.
