Default Exp 7 and outlook 6

I downloaded exp 7 and for some reason I do not have the button for
mail(outlook express) where is it and can I fix this issue? I am not very
computer savy please help.

The Read Mail toolbar button is not visible in Internet Explorer 7:

Here's a better/newer one, Bruce:

The Mail button no longer appears on the toolbar, and there are changes in
the way that you access mail-related functionalities in Internet Explorer 7:
