To find if you have PowerPoint installed on your computer, search for the
file POWERPNT.EXE To do this, goto Start | Search | Files | POWERPNT.EXE As for its uses ... Well, as Big Bill says, where do you want to go today? PowerPoint was originally designed as a presentation product, to help visualize concepts in a meeting. It has evolved a bit since then. It can be used to make Stand-alone Kiosk displays, electronic slide shows, presentations on disk, or on the web; it can be used for simple graphics printing, or complex animations. Of course it still does presentations, but much better than ever. It is limited mostly by your imagination. It will be on the Start Menu, usually under Microsoft Office, as Microsoft
