Default strikeout format missing

Find that when composing a new message, "strikeout" or "strikethrough" format
function is not available. How can this function be enable?

This is a test.
You can use the Source tab and add the strike tags.

He did? Oh. I see. You need a reader which renders HTML by default. No
HTML/RTF rendering, no strikeout text viewable.
