Default Red "X" appears in place of images in slides

I have one user whose slides are continually corrupted with red "X"'s in
place of images in slides. He is using Powerpoint 2003 on Windows XP SP2.

Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix it?

Thanks in advance.

The most common issue is a graphics card that cannot process the data - the
result is a red x instead of the graphic. This can also be attributed to
excessive applications running that each need some of the computer
resources, etc. The problem is well documented he

dont have this problem.

Anyone who have additions or questions e-mail me
