I want to see other opened Word documents even when I have opened
I use a Swedish version of Word 2002.
Often I want to copy data from a Word document and paste it in to a table via the form tool, but it isn’t possible to see the other documents when that window is open. I know that I can’t use the copy and paste method, but earlier I could at least see the other documents. (I’m not sure of using the right vocabulary, but try to understand me…)

Eh, OK, I write in Swedish:
Jo, alltså, i verktygsfältet Databas finns knappen Dataformulär som mycket riktigt öppnar just ett sådant. Problemet är bara att när detta formulärfönster är öppet, så kan jag inte öppna något annat Word-dokument (än det som redan är öppnat och som innehåller en tabell som används som databas i funktionen Koppla dokument). Jag kan alltså inte hämta data från andra dokument för att skriva in dessa i tabellen via formuläret. Det har gått tidigare, även om vissa uppdateringar har varit lite problematiska. Nu senast var det viktigt att öppna tabelldokumentet (källdokumentet) innan de andra. Och nu går det alltså inte alls. Det är störande nog att man inte kan använda kopiera-och-klistra till tabellfönstret. Sen har jag i hastigheten lyckats skriva in fel info som Display Name, så det får jag rätta till nästa gång... Jag måste medge att jag inte arbetar med databaser i Word. Det enda jag kan
komma på är att testa om det går att köra ytterligare en instans av Word, t.ex. genom Start | Kör / Run: winword /n.
