Default PowerPoint 2003 problems

I am creating a presentation for a co-worker. I created with the animation
scheme "fade in one by one." I also had the slide transition set to
automatically move to the next slide after 15 seconds.

When I had finished about half of the slides, my co-worker decided that he
wanted the slide transition to be available on click. I attempted to change
these settings in both the view and also changed them on the master slide.

Also, I am trying to understand why I had a video that played on a selected
slide at home, but now that I am trying to run it at work, it only sits there
with a blank screen.

Now, the fade in one by one does not work, so he has to click through every
portion of the slide. I have never worked with PP before and his
presentation to the police is Thursday, so I am working under the wire.

To make the transitions happen on click, hit F1 to open the pane on the
right, then click at the top and choose slide transitions. Remove the
"automatically after" checkbox and place a check in the "on mouse click"
box. Hit Apply to All.

For the animation, go to View | Master | Slide Master and select the
placeholder. At the top of the pane on the right, choose Custom Animation.
Now select the animations in the animation pane. Set their start to "after
previous" at the top of the animation pane. This will animate each one right
after the other, which is what I think you want.

As for the video, video is linked to the presentation in PPT 2003, so
probably you need to bring the video to the office also. When you do so, put
it in the same folder as the PPT file. Then reinsert it into the
presentation. When you take it back home, save the presentation and video
together in the same folder again.
