I keep getting this message, followed by another saying OE "cannot be opened
because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized". I have checked some of the
answers on the messing board, but none seem to work. For example, one
recommened website has shut down. Any help appreciated.
Many thanks.

Thought I was fairly PC literate, but have to admit to you Bruce that I am
hesitating at the first, to use a horse racing term. "the store folder in
Windows Explorer"; where do I find it, please?

In WinXP, Win2K & Win2K3, the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default
marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable
Show Hidden Files and Folders under Start | Control Panel | Folder Options
Icon | View, or in Windows Explorer | Tools | Folder Options | View.

The path to the message store will be very similar to this:

C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\Local Settings\Application
Data\Identities\{Long string of letters & numbers}\Microsoft\Outlook Express
