Default Hyperlink in Custom properties when saved as web page

I created a diagram in Visio 2003. I then saved it as a
web page. In IE, if you ctrl-click on a shape you can see
its custom properties in in a frame on the left. These
custom properties are text only. How can I add a hyperlink
to one of these properties? It was suggested that I try
using Frontpage to edit the xml file containing the text.
I need more information here. Can anyone help me out?
..
