Can't move fields with UpDownLeftRight Keys
In design view, I cannot move "highlighted fields" via pressing any of the
Up/Down or Left/Right keys. I have used this function before and it always came in very handy. Are there specific settings (for PC or Access) that need to be set in order to utilize this feature? Tom |

Can't move fields with UpDownLeftRight Keys
I'm not aware of any setting that would affect this. Are you sure that one
of the controls you have selected isn't against the edge of the form, and therefore can't be moved any further? Yes, none of the boxes touch the edges of a form. Thanks for the info
anyhow... now I know at least where I stand w/ this problem. -- Thanks, Tom "Joan Wild" wrote in message ... I'm not aware of any setting that would affect this. Can't move fields with UpDownLeftRight Keys
It's possible that when you selected the group of boxes, you also selected a
line that's up against the section border. These can sometimes be difficult to see, and often are against the left edge of the form. -- Joan Wild Microsoft Access MVP Tom wrote: Yes, none of the boxes touch the edges of a form.
