Default How make documents open in the "Final" view

Has anyone really answered this question yet because I'd
like to know the answer myself. I've read some of the
other posts but I haven't seen a good answer yet.

-----Original Message-----
Using Word 2003 (11.5604.5606) all of my documents open

in the "Final
Showing Markup" view, even though Track Changes is turned

off, and the view
is set to "Final" when the document is saved.

This is particularly troublesome when I send someone a

finished document,
and it opens in the "Final Showing Markup" view, with the

right margin
extended. How can I insure that documents will open in

the "Final" view?

Thanks,

Keith

When you send someone a finished document, unless you want them to be able
to review all of your revisions, accept the changes.
