Postcard mail merge address problem
I have a postcard someone created in a landscape orientation with two
postcards per page. I am needing to address these postcards using mail merge with a different address per postcard. Settings: half-page, address only (because I now have the hard copy and need to only print the addresses), multiple pages. When I do my mail merge I end up with the same address per page. I need a different address per postcard in each sheet . Help!! |

Postcard mail merge address problem
Are you actually printing or are you relying on print preview? Print preview
will always show every card being the same. It is a Publisher bug That said, when you merge you can only have one card on your page. Page setup, postcard, half page letter. In Publisher 2007, I would advise converting the merge to a publication in step 3, print, select multiple copies per sheet. -- Mary Sauer MSFT MVP http://office.microsoft.com/ http://msauer.mvps.org/ news://msnews.microsoft.com "gloria81101" wrote in message ...
