Access closes when query run
i am running a query that simply links several odbc tables and queries. when
i run the query, access shuts down and the program exits entirely. all i see then is my desktop. any ideas what could be happening?

By what means are you initiating the start of the query?

Some error in either your code, the SQL of the query, or your installation of Access. Please post your code and the SQL of the query. Have you tried compacting and repairing the database? John W. must have been the code because when i rewrote the entire query, the problem
