Default Headers & Footers / Page Numbering

Hi All,

I am trying to layout a document - each four or five pages consists of
separate exercises. How can I apply completely different headers and
footers to each set of exercises within the one document.

Also, I want the page numbering to restart again for each set of exercises.

Cheers & Regards,

Sketcher.

Discussion ongoing in newusers group.
Please don't post the same question separately to multiple ngs, people might
waste their time giving duplicate answers.
