Prevent data entry in textbox
I have some textboxes that are prevented from data being entered. Now I
can't find the setting to do that for another text box. I thought there was an "allow edits" or something - but I just don't see it. I appreciate any help on this. |

Or you can set the control's Enabled property to No. Or you can set the control's Enabled property to No and it's Locked property to Yes. Try them all and see which one does what you want. They are both found on the Data tab of the control's property sheet. -- Fred Please respond only to this newsgroup. I do not reply to personal e-mail |

Fred and Ton,
Thanks for your replies. I just couldn't find that before for some reason - brain freeze I guess.
