Mail merge problems
I am trying to do a mail merge of 7200 names for a single page document and a
blank sheet is printing in between each sheet. It is set up as a single page -1 sided. I am using Word 2000 |

Without seeing the actual document and the data that is being merged into
it, it is not possible to say exactly what is causing that. Click on the show/hide button ¶ so that you can see the end of paragraph marks in the main document and make sure that there are no superfluous ones after the text. Probably also as well to check that the formatting of the first paragraph in the mailmerge main document to make sure that it is not set to have a page break before. -- Please respond to the Newsgroup for the benefit of others who may be interested.
