I'd like to know if it's possible to use an Outlook outside of the company
but able to connect to the Exchange Server. Without using the OWA/OMA services. |

Yes, RPC over HTTP is an Exchange 2003 and 2007 feature that supports that
scenario and Outlook 2003 and 2007 can make RPC over HTTP connections and maintain the Exchange functionality. For previous versions you'll have to resort to VPN. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more http://www.msoutlook.info/ Real World Questions, Real World Answers ----- "Leandro" wrote in message ... They are the only ones who can tell you whether or not they even allow accessing company mail from outside the company and if they do, how to do it. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
