Default How to make Outlook 2007 toolbars stay where you place them?

That is my question.. I have a McAfee tool bar in out look and When I move it
then exit outlook it is back on a line by itself. I have moved other
toolbars and they revert back also. How can I make them do what I want????

Third party add-ins are responsible themselves for remembering the location
of their toolbars. Outlook will not remember it for them.
