Publishing Calendars
Hi!
We're running SBS2003 (with Exchange 2003) and Outlook 2003 clients. Our switch-board operator is employed by another company and does not have access to our servers, but we wish to publish our personal calendars onto a internal web-site where the switch-board operator can see our personal calendars. Is there a simple way to accomplish this? Regards, Bjørn |

Does the operator have access to your internal network? Have you tried
using the File-Publish feature? -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading. After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Bjørn asked: | Hi! | | We're running SBS2003 (with Exchange 2003) and Outlook 2003 clients. | Our switch-board operator is employed by another company and does not | have access to our servers, but we wish to publish our personal | calendars onto a internal web-site where the switch-board operator | can see our personal calendars. | | Is there a simple way to accomplish this? | | Regards, | Bjørn |

Yes, the operator has access to my internal network.
The File-Publish feature requires user action. It has to be automatic publishing (scripted?), or even better: "real-time" direct lookup in the Calendar-folder in the users mailboxes. It is possible via OWA https://servername/exchange/mailbox/Calendar, but this is only one and one mailbox, and requires logon to the server. I want to see all mailboxes (only 5) in one view, similar to OL2003's view of multiple calendars. Bjørn "Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]" skrev i melding ...
