Default Changing the size of template boxes

I am creating an org. chart in Visio and the default box size is too small.
Rather than manually adjusting each box, can I select all of the boxes as a
group and change them all?

Go to the Organization Chart menu and choose Options. You can change the
default size of shapes there.
