Default Customise Properties on Organisation Chart

Customise Properties on Organisation Chart
I have a Organisation Chart that I have created with all Customise Fields,
which I have layout in shape using the shape properties, ie Field 1, Field 2
in the centre and then the next four fields 3,4,5,6 are in the blocks.
What I cannot seem to do is apply this format and layout to the other shapes
in my Organisation Chart.
Can anyone help.

If the shapes are already on the page you will need to open the document
stencil and make modifications to the desired master. However you really
should just create a new shape with the desired modifications and save it to
a new stencil. You should then save the stencil so it can be used for future
use.
