Yeah, like that was helpful. Next time include what error messages you get,
what type of account you are accessing (POP3 or IMAP, SMTP or Exchange), and
what happens when you try to send messages.

Call your ISP or use their help web pages to get the settings used to define
an account in your e-mail client (Outlook).

Try disabling e-mail scanning in your anti-virus program.

Try disabling the software firewall, if you have one running on your host.
