"Access 2003 Data Available in Preview but not in OutputTo"
I created a Access 2003 Report and the data appears in the Preview but, in
code when I try to OutputTo I only see the Text. |

You have to be more specific. What is the line of code you are using
- Docmd.openreport acpreview Or is it that you only see the text and not the formatting you applied? Maurice "helprdc" wrote: I created a Access 2003 Report and the data appears in the Preview but, in code when I try to OutputTo I only see the Text. |

Apologies for the late response.
My guess is that you've forgotten a few parameters needed to get output this way. You do have to tell what the recordsource is for the report te be created. This might give you a direction: DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, "your sourcename" there are a few other parameters you can set for this output. I created the report by tying lists to Select Clauses. The table has 84
records but, only 21 records are in each column. I am trying to display the 21 records side by side therefore one Recordsource for the whole report doesn't seem to work. I did try using a Recordsource and ended up with 84 pages of text and data. Thanks for you help. "Maurice" wrote: Apologies for the late response. Hmm, sorry lost me on that one. Could you specify how the source is created
maybe I can be of som assistance in figuring out a way to do this. Have you tried 'snaking' your report? You could post a 'dummy' select statement if the data is restricted.
