messages randomly categorized......
I have a user here that claims she never uses the categorize feature in
outllook 2007, and when you look in her email, she has a a few messages categorized..... how can this happen? the emails message have nothing in common, thanks r davis

She is either doing it accidently (not sure how she'd accidently do that

Probably the best way to do it accidentally is to use the quick click category.
