Trying to access Publisher 2007 template page

Since updating to Office 2007 on occasion I cannot get to my Template page in Publisher. What does come up is the "older version" template page, and it does not contain my templates that I've saved. How do I get my Office Publisher to open to the template page when I clip on it.

Tools, Options, Check Use Publication types at start up. Use Escape to
dismiss the screen.
