Default When saving publisher docs, graphics change to grayscale

I create a newsletter in Publisher with color jpgs then save it. When I open
it up all the graphics are in grayscale. I've gone to the pictures to
"recolor" and "restore original colors" and nothing happens. Any idea why
this would be? Is there something in preferences that I'm missing?

Do you have a color printer installed on your computer? Is it set as your
default?

Do you have a color printer? If you are using Publisher 2007; have you applied
the service pack?
