Format : Standard Decimal Places : 2 OR Format : +#,###.00;-#,###.00;.00;.00 Decimal Places : 2 This last example will display... +1,234.56 for positive numbers -1234.56 for negative numbers .00 for zero values .00 for null values Place your cursor in the format property box, and hit F1. Set the Format property of the text box that calculates the total to use whatever you want. Maybe as simple as #,##0, but that's just a guess.
