Default Microsoft wish list

Microsoft used to have a 'wish list' web site to note suggestions on MS
products. I can't locate it now. Does anyone have the url please?

Thanks.

Default Microsoft wish list

It used to be a function when you clicked Help/Microsoft on the Web/Send
Feedback for the specific application, but that now results in a page not
found.
